How we work
The 10X Program is implemented by Outbox (U) Ltd, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, and in collaboration with UNCDF, Women in Technology Uganda (WITU), and Refactory. Together, we are reimagining access to meaningful work for young women especially those facing structural barriers in Uganda’s growing digital economy. Over three years, we aim to engage 61,000 young women including refugees and persons with disabilities across Uganda. Of these, 34,000 will access direct work opportunities.
